midweek snivel de drivel
wow~! just woke up! pulled an allnighter! hehehe! for you readers in ya younger years, that means i slept all night, uninterupted, not i partied all night! heheheee! im writing this on 3 sips of the 1st cup of the 1st pot of coffee! whew! some stuff happened yesterday; i fired qwest and hired at&t as my isp. for the same price i get twice the speed. the new dsl modem will arrive later today on the ups truck. i finally got my 2005 norton innernet security disk from the ebay site. this page is now protected from worms, germs, viruses, headaches, and udder junk! email too! yahoo messenger too! all things on this computer are protected from all infestations! all for around 25 bucks ebay! if ya buy this programme at the store, it would cost much more! legitimate copy too, not a knock-off! only thing is, it works so good, that i have to shut it off when i goto start the pogo games, then when the pogo game screen that i wanna play comes up, i can turn it back on! lil hassle, but small beans!
a few weeks ago, i ordered export 'A' cigarettes from an indian store around buffalo and they just got here yesterday! sheesh! maybe they had to walk across the peace bridge to get em? export 'A' smokes are canadian, and i just had to buy a coupla cartons. when ya buy smokes from the indians, they suppose to be cheaper. thats the idea! well for 2 cartons of indulgence, i paid 62 bucks! i aint ordering from that particular indian store no more.
conversely, i ordered up 3 cartons of el cheapo smokeo smokes from the indian store in new mexico on the same day, march 8th. and i got those on the 11th! cost, 35 bucks. problem is they dont carry export 'A'. o well. indulge!
ole man winter roared its ugly head one last gasp yesterday, and blew some freezo rain to upset the peace in the valley for me, snow in the unitas mountains for them. i threw in an elvis song in the previous sentence, can you tell me what it is?
well, i have to work for doyle the manager today 9 am to 5 pm easy shift, just sit in the office all day and play pogo! wheeeeee! friday is good friday, does that mean all the udder fridays in the year are bad fridays? its also a full moon on friday! u know what THAT means; muuhhhaaahhhh!
its gonna be rainy and cold rain all week into next week! i hate cold rain! i almost croaked in the cold rain once, back in my hitchhiking days. i think i wrote about that once here, i was up in rupert, idaho on interstate 84 thirdeye7601 you should know where rupert is. a few years back, i was leaving boise and walking along the interstate trying to get a ride on an overcast cloudy day, when all of a sudden, a blast of cold hard rain fell fast and violently. the wind picked up too. i was 800 yards from the underpass, and made a beeline for that, thinking that i can get shelter there. no such luck! by the time i got there, the cold hard rain was raining sideways!! i shit you not! raining sideways!!! an old grey house was up top on the service road, and it was all i could do to climb the hill, and hop the fence, and knock on the door for help! i was soaked to the bone. well to make a long story short, words were exchanged, and the sheriff was called, i was taken to hospital, found out i had hypothermia, and stayed overnight in hospital, and was given a bus ticket outta there! whew!
well, its almost 7am, time to eat and get ready for work! until the at&t modem arrives, and i install it, this puter will be running on dial up (shudders) but, i will be in the office all day, and the office has dsl. so after work, i will have the new dsl modem and will install it and be back in bizness. at&t offers 3.0 mps for 39.99 as opposed to evil qwest, they only have 1.5 mps for 49.99 and they think thats the cats meow! ha!
one last thing; sad baseball news! good ole barry bonds, having gone thru 3 knee surgeries over the off season, and because of the asswipe mongrel media, barry may sit out the season! 57 homers away from the all time record! barry sez to the shitstain reporters, "well, ya wanted to get to me, ya finally got to me" now that just pisses me off. fucken media.
