the adventures of creamsicle, and udder stuff for....
thanky yous for the comments and thoughts! creamsicle was ok yesterday, no attacks, i eliminated 2 things; 1st, i finally got it thru my thick head NOT to let him in the closet:
also, i got rid of the futon frame, as even though on the days that i didn't let him in the closet, he would go under the futon, and come out hacking there too. so i got the mattress on the floor, just like back in the hippy dippy daze!
so, now, when i come back from journal con, i will change the cat litter and then see whats what.
i slept good overall, and so did the cat! the lil runt was all tucked up inside my blanket this morning when i woke up, and when i did wake up, he started to run off, acting like he didnt belong there. hahaha!!
i immediately called him back, and he came back, and we said our good mornings! then the fun starts! as soon as i sit down here, he wants in the closet. he gave up for now, but i know that when i go to the kitchen to get a refill of mud, hes gonna get up and come back to make anutter attempt to beg me to go in the closet! right now, hes lying in wait, next to the food dish, of which i put the dry food in there, he dont eat dry food as enthuastically as the wet food. but the main thing is that he aint going in the closet no more! i gotta tell ya, it was real scary watching him open his mouth and try to breathe, and hunch over and hack away. i dont know if it helps or hurts, but when he has an attack, i grab him and massage his ribcage, and it seems to help. but all day yesterday, he was fine.
yesterday was a rotten day emotionally for me. not only the probs i had with creamsicle, but i read reese219 yesterday afternoon, and feel apart again. her wonderful cat, tigger, caught cancer, and today, she is going to have him put to sleep. and i just lost it when i read that. i was unable to comment on that, and not able to comment on much else yesterday. my deepest condolences to you reese219. hey you reading this now, click on reese219 and give her a word or two of support. she is going thru a bad time now, and read her stuff regularly if ya can, she is a super gal who puts up with a lot of shit in her life, and she is a great pal!
saturday, when i came home from work i got the mail and got a bday card from my pal, boxx9000!!!!

aw here he comes again, meow, meow, meow!! at the door! and the cat stare down! sad pitiful eyes, longing for me to open the closet door! meow, and rubbing up against my feet!! when i went to work on saturday, the closet was closed, and sneaky was eating. when i came home, the door was cracked open, and sneaky was inside, curled up behind the water heater. well this time, i got the lil table blocking the door, if he can move THAT, i will get him a outfit to wear that has a big 'S' on his shirt, with a cape!
well, one more day, and i leave for journal con! tomorrow will be busy, and the hard part of the day will be taking creamsicle to the cat boarders down the street.
the cathouse its only for a week, but cats having no real sense of time as we do, i dunno how he will act while im gone, or how he will be when i come back! well, we will see!
