fuckin incompetence
WHY CANT PEOPLE FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS????
RETARDS, I TELL YA!!! FUCKIN RETARDS I DEAL WITH!!!

IM PISSED..

yesterday, doyle gave me direct instruction that when this tenant comes back in to get his stuff, that i am to take his keys, and if he refused, to call the cops. he was supposed to be back before 5 pm to turn in his keys. i waited with jason until nearly 5:30 last evening, and both me and doyle told jason:

DO NOT LET HIM IN THE BUILDING. IF HE COMES BACK, GET HIS KEYS, IF HE REFUSES. CALL THE COPS.

simple enough, pensez vous?

i get here this morning to relieve sammy the samoan, and he tells me jason let him in last night! WTF???? i read in the logbook that he "got in thru another tenant" and he is up in his room now, jason writes that he got doyle when tenant refused to give up keys, and that doyle will have to wait til monday to get him out. WTF??? this guy was not to be let in at all!!! when i see doyle later on today, im gonna ask him whats up with this.

PEOPLE NEED TO FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTION.

this is a BIG pet peeve of mine. do your job right, no matter how crap ass it is. follow instructions. be competent. dont be lazy.

before i left, i went to his guys room to see maybe he left the keys in the room. the room looks like central bagdad, and smells even worse. and i cant smell anything. but this room smells like de-comp. de-comp is when you croak, and you are left to rot for several days.

well, now, i will have to wait and see what doyle says. consistency is what i like. this is one of those times where i wish i was running things here.

so its sunday, fun day! i hope it will be nice and quiet today. note to my pal, hissandtell did you get your calendar yet? i noticed that my pal, allegedwife mailed me a christmas card on dec 1st, and i recieved it yesterday!!! thanks FI! wheeeeeee!!
