this particular specimen had just freshly broken a window with his right hand at the building next door to us, although, by this picture taken from our shiny new outside camera, you cannot tell, but his hand is bleeding really swell!! then trotting by our humble abode, he spattered his bloody hand all over our windows, and continued to trot down the street, headed toward the shelter to be with his fellow crackhead idiots!

but alas, as sometimes these things happen, he did not make it to the shelter!! the cops came by and got his dumb ass around the corner a few minutes later!! the neighbourhood is once again safe for baby walking for the time being.

this is just one example of what i have to deal with here more than i choose to. well, it pays the rent and bills, and these days, i dont have to deal with the curmudgeons (ha!! i said curmudgeons and you didnt!! neener neener!! ravioli eater!!) as much as i used to, because as you know, we cleaned up the joint here and its respectable now!!

mostly, its just new tramps who dont know what the deal is, or old tramps that havent been here inna few years, and think they can pull their shit like in the past!!

its almost 3 am, mountain goat time, and its nice and quiet, as it should be.

speaking of time, come april 1st, its time to change the clocks here in the good ole USA; except in south western indiana, arizona, and hawaii. spring ahead, folks!! move the clocks up one hour!! {hey!! not now!!! 2 am on april 1st!!}

3 more months, and i will have been here in salt lake 2 years!!! i havent been in one spot this long except for being locked up or tied down!! in years!! and come july, i will be here in diaryland for 2 years!!!

ive seen this "im from" meme around and after reading a few of em, im not sure i can follow the format. to me, it seems a lil difficult. so i dont know.

i got a cheep webcam yesterday and im gonna set it up on my puter when i get home, so if ya wanna see me in real life, i will be on yahoo messenger (acaldwell1958) so come on over and take a gander!! ive gotta stay awake for just a lil while longer tomorrow, cause i have maintenence coming, and i have to bring em around to replace light bulbs and fixtures around the building. we have lights in the courtyard, and around the outside of the building.

there we have a sweet old lady named lily who comes and spends a lil time with some of the tenants a coupla times a week. she used to manage some properties, and is in tight kahoots with the director, and has lotsa pull.

so, lily calls me yesterday and tells me someone shot out her windshield on her car!! well she is ok, this happened sometime during the night at her place. there seems to be a bit of that going around here, as the news say it, its mostly kids who need some action in their miserable lives.

well, i have to step outside and get some ice cold air and a smoke. i need to stay awake, and the coffee dont work. i had no sleep yesterday cause i had to distribute the food bank foodies, then since it was payday, i had to goto the store and get some stuff.

4 more hours, i will be on the bus on the way HOME!
