howdy cat lover!! today, we find our hero, namely, creamsicle, out and about in the yard. in the daytime, folks!
here we will see creamsicle meets mr. snail, and laying in the grass, and practicing his camoflage skills in the underbrush!

today at the daisy hill puppy farm, we get a new tenant moving in. he comes from the rio grande hotel, and he says he dont smoke, drink, or mess around. and hes a morman "high priest"!!! im sorry, that makes me laugh!! like the rest of us, when he gets here, he will think hes in heaven on earth, where the ice cream dont melt. lets see what happens after a while!
friday is my inspection day. i gave out notices last week. that gives em 10 days to get thier apartments in shape. one of the clauses in the lease is that you keep your apartment reasonably clean! it dont have to be zestfully clean like mine, but i have to set the example. i know of 4 tenants that will fail. when they do, we give them a week to get it together, and if they fail again, out they go.
i know, that sounds ruff, but, i didnt make the rules.
