now, back in daze of olde, when i was bolde, and toilet paper was stolen regular...
but, long ago, i decided to do things on the up an up, and i know what would happen if i didnt get MY check! i tole doyle yesterday, and he just tole me to put it in his mailbox, which i had already done.

well, the deal o' da day is inspection day at the rio grande hotel!
i have to go down there and inspect all the rooms, fat jason will help. this time, im going to just take me sweet time. ok, lets play a lil game, shall we? the winner gets nothing but knowledge in knowing that they was correct! hehehe!!
ok, todays question is:
How many People will FAIL this room inspection?
currently, theres 21 peeps living at the rio grande. just to give ya an idea, last inspection we did 6 months ago, there were 4 failures.
ya prolly wonder WHY we have to do these room inspections.
well, being a gubbermint funded low-income tax-credit housing corporation that has to take not only private funding, but gubbermint money, the gubbermint sez we have to adhere to HUD regulations and inspect the rooms to make sure that the tenants dont live inna pig-sty.
see, the rent is 265 a month. if we didnt get gubbermint money, the fair market value of the rooms would be on avg. about 550 a month. since we take gubbermint money to offset the fair market value, we have to follow the gubbermint rules.
so dats the way it is! wheeeeee!!

HOW do i stop zipper the poo-flinger from flinging his poo outta the box?
zipper is doing just swell! he wants to go outside all the time, and every time i open the door, he bolts out the door like theres no tomorrow, and so what i have to do, is pick him up, open the door, then, put him on the couch then go out the door. then his hi pitched caterwauling begins, and you can hear him fromm all over the place 'round here! but, i do take him out for walks twice a day with the leash. and he does purty good with that, i just let him walk me around, and then when he gets too jumpy i just pick him up and back in the house we go!
i been doing some reading up on cats with leashes, and discovered that its best to use a harness with the leash attached to it, and im getting him one today.
the reason i leash him up is that if i dont, then he will go and haul ass and i wont see him no more. his brudder next door hauls ass and so i told my neighbour who owns his brudder (cosmo) that i will get him a collar and harness and leash too. he dont get alotta money, and is a good guy, so i will help him out.
kittens are so much fun! i submitted a pic of ole zipper to cats in sinks, and i havent heard back from them.
well, i got lots to do today, laundry, food shopping and rent paying and general money spending!!
