Happy Sunday, folks!

Today, my fellow americans, we venture into a new journey, one of mystifing proportions, as we delve into a new frontier, the COUNTDOWN begins.

292,200 cigarettes down, 19 to go!! ta da!

after today, i go on the patch, no more smoking!

starting tomorrow, for the next 2 weeks, thats when the real work begins! they will put me on a patch twice a day, and the wonderous thing will be, does the patch have nicotine innit, or is it a blank? no one will know! thats gonna be the fun part!

right now, they have been drawing a lil blood since yesterday morning, and i will be given another cigarette at 8 am, then, nothing until 12:30 when the procedure will be over; also, i will be drinking a glucose solution sometime later on this morning.

at the 4 am draw, i ran outta blood on the vein in my left arm, so, the nurse decided to try the right arm, which has been "ole faithful" for a number of years! back in my plasma selling days, i would only let them draw the blood from the right arm. i initially went with the left arm, since i thought that my arm would me immobilised, and then, i found out that wasnt the case at all. they do, when they draw the blood, flush out the line with a saline solution, which has increased my urine output. i have filled up a bag and a quarter since 8 am yesterday. a bag holds 3500ml of pee, and ive peed out 3800ml since yesterday.

ive saved up some ads that i seen about rooms that are constant in the paper, and when i get out, while im waiting for the 2 weeks to get paid, i will look at the rooms available and decide which one is suitable and that i can afford!

Craigslist is fun! hehehe!!

i lost my sanity! or maybe it was stolen whilst i was asleep at the shelter; all i know is, its gone, and now, im a retard. please return my sanity, so i can get a job and a place to live! thanks! by the way, that split pea soup i found in the trash bin was mmmm mmmm good~!

Hey there, I lost a list of items I was going to the store for. It was quite a long time ago, perhaps around 1985. I�ve pretty much given up all hope of finding this list, but I thought I�d just give a shout-out on here to see if anyone had perhaps found it.

I had some good things on that list that I was really looking forward to buying. I think there might have been 10 items in total and I remember having at lest purchasing a couple of those items before losing the list.

Just thought I�d give it a shot on here to see if anyone had found it, but I�m sure by now someone else has already reaped the benefits of my list.

Any who, just let me know if anyone hears anything.
