welp! its monday morning here at CBS (coffee bear school) and im continually discovering that things change, oh i know things change, but when they do, sometimes i dont like it much. take for instance, starbux used to open at 4:30am, im talking about the one down the block from the mission, but i discovered that it dont open til 5:30! so, i hopped onna bus and headed up to queen anne to see what i can see, and went into a foreign (not starbux) coffee shop, paid 2.50 for a 20 oz coffee, and no free wifi! sheesh! so, since i had the coffee, i might as well drink it, it was ok, but it wasnt coloured water either. now, when i look for a wireless network on the lappy here, i always have to trudge thru the networks that this thing has picked up since i got it, and it was starting to become a daunting task, so i was thinking, there must be a way to get rid of all these networks that i wont be using, and going thru the control panel, and into network sharing, i discovered manage wireless networks! so i opened the tab, and there they were, all 85 of them, so, i spent the next 1/2 hour deleting them all!! what a difference that makes! so, about that time, the coffee is finished, and i take the bus back downtown, and now, im at the starbux in westlake plaza, itsa small one, and im by a plug, so when the battery gets low enuf, i can plug it in. finding a storage space was the weekend assignment for me, and i went to about 3 of them, and one in particular public storage, you know, the one that advertises you get the first month for $1? well thats not the case, it along with the others was close to 90 bux a month, but this one by the waterfront, offered a 50% discount, and so i was going to get it, BUT when i gave the guy the address to the mission, he declined, telling me that the mission is on the "do not rent" list, because of previous assholes renting space and not paying for it, and then the poor guy had to dump all the garbage that was left behind. oh well, i understood, thats one of the hazards f homelessness. so, i left, and i was thinking about where in the hell i was gonna store my bag o'rags. they were still at the hostel, and i knew i had to get them out, if i wanted to keep em. the mission down the block from the one im at rents lockers for 13 a month, but in this particular mission, the undereducated nimrods that work the desk, they like to play games, and tell you to "come back later" and are wishy washy about renting locker space."ah, i dunno....we dont have any available; maybe we might have one, uh, come back later, ok? i dunno right now, try tuesday?" anyway, i left there, and then, i remembered that maybe the greyhound still has lockers? its 6 bux per 24 hours, and when i get done here, im gonna have to run up there, pay the 6 bux, remove the bag, and put it inna new locker, so that way they dont see the same locker over an extended period of time, cause they DO check them, and if you keep yer stuff in the same locker over a period of days (you have 3) then they remove the stuff and charge you 10 bux a day.
im not taking any chances, ill pay the 6 bux a day for now, but later on at 10 when the mission opens, im gonna press the issue about renting a locker. i just dont like wishy washy nimrods, who think they have some precieved "power" over you, im dealing with newly sober scumrats who somehow think they are better than you because they sleep inna bed, etc. etc. the mindset is idiotic, but sometimes you have to put up with the nonsense. too bad the big mission im staying at dont have locker space, they should, but thats the way it goes.

about things changing, the mission im at lets you stay there 168 days and it dont have to be consecutive! as long as you sign up in the morning, (which i JUST REMEMBERED I DIDNT DO!) haha!! no worries, ill do it later when im done here, i forgot! its flexable, really, not like san francisco, sign up in the morning, do your thing all the day long, and be back by 6:30 for the jesus show, and get yer mat on the floor afterwards. meh! my hips hurt this morning, but as the day progresses, the pain will go away.

well, its almost 7:30, time to get going here, back to the mission, sign up and then off to the greyhound to pay for storage! then job hunting! its gonna be a bright sunshiny day!! hay hay!!
