its a college sounding gal, answering faithfully to our advertisement that we have caves for rent! so, i give her the rub down, er, i mean RUN DOWN! on how to become a tenant here at the no tell motel!! so, after a lot of ok's we hang up simultainously (wow, thats a big word) and boredom prevails! must mean union rule 58-c is in play, SMOKE BREAK!!! BRB!

today, with nary a crackhead or dope dealer or wino in sight, its 55 degrees, sunny breezy and warm, the local natives are wearing overcoats and sweaters and have the heaters in their cars up full blast! because its not hot enuff for em!
