i have torn rotator cuffs from back in my baseball days, and especially my left shoulder even though its not my throwing arm, i dont get it, it flares up every so often, and eventually i need a cortisone shot, and that lasts a few years! its flaring up again, and i dunno if its from that, or maybe i just layed down on it the wrong way, i dunno. but the mobility is limited right now. dr. killpatient told me one time that eventually i will have to have surgery! fuck that! no one is cutting on my shoulders!!! i will have a cortisone shot please!! thanky yous!

well, my next scheduled work day is sunday 1 am to 9 am, so i will have plenty of time to sleep, clean, and scrub!!!
