this is what you call an impulse buy

heres what happened....

thursday morning, i was looking at my emails and i seen one from amtrak telling me that if i buy this swell bose system, i will recieve 2100 points for my amtrak guest rewards card! so, i sat there, and thinking, well, why not? so i called the toll free number, and i tole the bose girl that i seen the email amtrak sent me, so i called to hear the spiel, cause i dont have anything else better to do.

so, i know that this bose system costs an arm and a leg, so, just for shits and kicks, i say, how much? tax and total $528.00!!! so i say, after a few minutes of shock and awe, well, do you take payments?

and bose girl sez, why yes we do! just 12 easy peasy squeezy your nuts real tight to get that 46 bucks a month! so, living on the edge as i do, i decided, why not? its an am/fm radio, cd player, alarm clock,and, i can connect it to my tee vee to get that great bose sound for my tee vee shows, like CSI and Law & Order. and the movies i get from netflix! so yesterday afternoon, i put on the star trek movie that i got from netflix, and ya know, the sound from the bose made it sound just like i was at the movie house! woo!
