a lovely gift and a rant...........
i have recieved a bunch of xmas cards from a lot of you fine diaryland folks, and i mailed out a bunch of cards to a lot of you too. but i cannot remember who i sent cards to!!
did you send me a card, but havent gotten one from me? if so, i'm sorry! send me ya snail mail addy, and i will mail one out to you post haste!
in the meanwhile, i was sleeping blissfully yesterday, when i heard the doorbell ring, it was the postman, bearing a gift! "hay art, i got a package for you!" ok, i sez! so i went to the front and there was a rather large box there so using a jackhammer to remove the industrial strength tape that was on the box, heres what i got:

rant time
ya know, i am sick and tired of the "black appeasement" of america. since when do we take a convicted killer who was executed according to the law, and hold what amounts to a funeral mass in his honour?? and on top of that, waste valuable policeman hours and taxpayer money to provide "crowd control"? this man KILLED 4 PEOPLE and CREATED A GANG OF THUGS WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR 100's of DEATHS and have COMMITTED MAJOR CRIMES OVER THE YEARS!!! and then listen to people whine and complain how its not fair that this animal is dead and sirhan sirhan (sen. robert kennedy's assassin) is still alive! "OH MERCY ME, WHY HAS THIS GOOD MAN'S LIFE BEEN UNFAIRLY BEEN TAKEN WHEN SIRHAN SIRHAN IS STILL ALIVE" sez "rev" jesse jackson, and "rev" al sharpton!! PLEASE!!! lissen up, morons!!! sirhan sirhan GOT the death penalty, but his sentence was commuted to life in prison when the federal government decided that the death penalty was tantamount to cruel and unusual treatment, and declared unconstitutional. the feds came to thier senses in the mid 70's and reinstated the death penalty. and why does all this rubbish garner media attention??? i tell you why!! its because the man was black!! and we have to show that we are so sorry for putting him to death, after all, we dont want another RIOT on our hands, now do we??
would there be all this fuss and muss if a white man was executed? would so called movie stars and celebrities come to his "funeral"? i think not!!
LETS REMEMBER THE CRIMES HE WAS LAWFULLY CONVICTED FOR, 4 COUNTS OF MURDER IN THE 1ST DEGREE!! OF WHICH HE HAS SHOWN NO REMORSE WHATSOEVER, NOR HAD HE ADMITTED TO COMMITTING THIS HEINOUS CRIMES, AND INSISTED HE WAS INNOCENT!!
people in his situation in prison, often "find religion" in prison. its fake. its a con. they do it to try to garner leniency. so he wrote books denouncing gang violence. big deal. there are gangs in prison just like on the street. and do you know why he refued to "name names" so to speak? because if he did, he would have been branded a "snitch" and he would have been shanked in prison for being a rat. caryl chessman wrote books too!! and he killed a bunch of women in the late 1950's.
