06:06 - Sunday, Dec. 04, 2005 just one sunday, i'd like to sleep in, instead of being woken up at 2:23 am by the CAT question!! ding! ding!! when you sit down here to write, do you know what you are gonna say beforehand? is it all planned out? or, does it just come out as you type? for me, most days, it just flows out whilst i type, with no thought or plan in mind. goobers & raisinetts... the professional coffee drinkers lair, starbucks , was giving away this yesterday: starbucks christmas blend, a spicy treat! spicy my ass!!! it aint spicy at all! tastes just like a regular cuppa coffee to me, which, in all reality, is just fine with me!! frankly, i dont want some spices on my dry tounge 1st thing in the morning! bleech! yesterday evening, when i came home i noticed an email i got from paypal, telling me that my pal, hissandtell is the latest purchaser of a 2005 scotsman calendar!!!! yay!!! it will be in the united states post office system very 1st thing in the morning on monday, as i arrived home too late yesterday to mail it off, because the post office closes on saturdays at high noon!!! so, hopefully it will arrive wayyyyyy downnnnnn thereeeeeeeeee just in time for the new year!!!! wooo!! this aughta be something!!! so, dats dat for the wall calendars!!! one for me and one for the office!! but...(theres always a but....) i still have 5 desktop and 5 appointment calendars left!!! i have a lot of italics in here today! weel, its sunday, but you knew that! im going back to bed awhile, i guess... art's chicken calzone recipie! i just made this up last night! 1 chicken breast pre-heat oven to 400 degrees, and while the oven is warming up, get ya a handful of self rising dough, (NOT play doh!) and stretch it out like you are making a small pizza, just wide enough to cover the chicken breast, then put on a few spoonfuls of the ragu sauce, and spread it out like you do when you make a pizza. sprinkle some shredded cheese all over it, by this time ya oven aughta be hot enuff for the chicken breast to be starting to cook. cook the chicken breast for approxmately 20 minutes or so. then, remove the chicken from the oven, and turn down the oven to 350. place the chicken breast in the middle of the dough, and fold the dough over it one end over the other. dont worry about covering the whole chicken breast, the dough will expand whilst its cooking. place it back in the oven and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes or so, until the dough is fully cooked and golden brown. then if ya wanna, spread some sauce over the newly created calzone and its done!
